If you were at SXSW, you might have noticed THEM GUNS, a four-piece dance rock band from Los Angeles. And if you didn’t, you might want to start.

THEM GUNS was formed in 2013 by frontman Navarone Garibaldi (who is the son of Priscilla Presley) and keyboardist Kyle Hamood in Santa Cruz, California, and the two were later joined by drummer Chris Hudson and bassist Chuck Holiday.

The band recently released a lyric video for their single, “Somebody Called The Cops,” off of their upcoming full-length album, which is set to be released later this year. The video was directed by Paul Boyd, the creative talent behind videos for other artists such as deadmau5, Goo Goo Dolls, and Shania Twain.

‘”Somebody Called The Cops’ is about the world changing to a place where we need to watch our every move. Every move, always under surveillance,” says Garibaldi.

The band appeared live on Suicide Girls Radio at the end of February before heading off to Austin, Texas for SXSW in March. Three of their songs–“Close Your Eyes,” “Devil’s Eye,” and “Heard It All Before”–have also been featured in the film soundtrack for Shut Up and Drive, starring Sarah Sutherland (daughter of Kiefer Sutherland), which made its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival last year.
